Four and seven year old building together. Quietly. For nearly an hour. I just sat with a cup of tea and watched. The magnets are strong enough to hold up actual structures, which is why they weren't fighting, things just worked. Cannot stress enough how much of a step up this is from the weak set we had before.
Quality is great. Once both kids get into it you very quickly run out of pieces and want more. Factor it in.
Left a set at the grandparents' place and now it's the first thing the kids ask for when they walk in. Nan said even she's been building.
Magnets in our previous set kept popping out and getting stuck under the couch. These feel sealed properly. Castle stayed standing when he picked it up which was a first.
Staff at our centre asked what brand they were because the kids fight over them. Six months in, no broken pieces.
Bought as part of trying to cut iPad time. Actually working. Five year old sits and builds for an hour at a stretch.
