Allergic kid, fake cat
Our boy is allergic to real cats and has wanted one for as long as he could talk. This was a compromise from grandma. He's named it Winston and introduced it to every visitor we've had. Fur is soft, not the scratchy nylon stuff. Possibly the best thoughtful gift any of our family has ever pulled off.
